MHW is pleased to inform you that we have successfully passed our initial site inspection and hurdle with CareOregon. As we finalize our contract, we want to emphasize that this partnership with CareOregon Healthshare will allow us to offer you enhanced services and benefits.
If you are a current FamilyCare patient, it is crucial to ensure that your new OHP insurance is HealthShare CAREOREGON. We want to make you aware that this is the only OHP insurance we are currently able to contract with. Please be advised that all other OHP insurances will be billed out of pocket directly to the patient at $120 per visit.
